Dopll® means “Drivers' Organization that Promotes Labor with Liberty.

Dopll® empowers drivers with full freedom to be more profitable and offers their clients the freedom to hire the best option.

Dopll® is a technology that promotes the free market of mobility, home delivery, parcel and urban freight.

In Dopll® drivers are true independent contractors since they are free to define their prices and how much to pay the platform for promoting their service listings (Ads), as well as being free to choose their clients.

In Dopll® customers of drivers can create their own community of favorite and trusted drivers, and are free to hire their best driver based on the prices offered by each driver, their vehicle, distance, comments from the community and how many “customers favorites” each driver has.

It is also possible that the clients of the drivers can agree on fixed or special prices with each driver to hire them easily in the future as part of their community of favorite and trusted drivers.

Dopll's technology connects supply and demand for mobility services, home delivery, courier and urban freight services under a real-time auction model.

At Dopll we believe that inclusion and freedom is peace, so our mission is that all drivers of the world be free to work as true independent contractors, and the community of people who hire them be free to hire their best.

In order to reach our mission worldwide, Dopll's technology and intellectual property is available so that governments and local mobility and transport authorities of the cities can license it under a "Software as a Service" model and thus participate in the validation of the drivers and vehicles that comply with their local laws.

Dopll's Personal Data Protection Policy limits sharing customer information as it is confidential, unless there is an legal order by a Judge that requires us to share certain information of a particular customer in case there is suspicion of any crime.

In Dopll, each driver is free to define and auction their rates in real time based on:

  • The type of vehicle he/she operate
  • Fuel price (or cost per kWh)
  • The quality of service that each driver provides to their customers, which is reflected in the community ratings and the driver's profile
  • Rates are based on the distance ($/Kilometer or $/Mile) traveled and time ($/min) elapsed of the service.

In Dopll each driver is free to choose how much to pay the platform for promoting their ads with their potential customers and can purchase a voluntary membership to receive more benefits.

If I am a Customer:

o Step 1:

  • Define what type of service you need to contract: Mobility of people, home deliveries, parcel, or urban freight.
  • Select the origin, destination and the type of vehicle you need.
  • Define if your service is immediate, or by reservation.
  • If your service is home delivery, parcel or urban freight, inform what you need to send.

o Step 2:

  • Launch the auction in real time and be free to hire your best driver option.

o Step 3:

  • You are free to create your own community of favorite and trusted drivers and agree fixed or special prices with them.
  • You can recommend drivers to your friends so they can hire them directly, and also make them favorites to agree on fixed or special prices too.
  • If you are a woman you are free to hire female drivers.
  • Among many other freedoms.

If I am a Driver:

o Step 1: Register as a driver:

  • Register your person and your vehicle.
  • Share the documents your local laws and mobility authorities of your city require.
  • If you are a woman, you can define if you only want to attend women's clients’ services.

o Step 2: Offer your services:

  • Define with freedom your rates (price per distance, service time and minimum rate) based on the type of vehicle you operate. As a reference, the platform offers you the average rates of your competitors around your location, that means, the rates of vehicles like yours.
  • Define the amount you want to pay the platform for promoting your ads (service listings) to potential customers (the amount you decide to pay is discounted from your balance every time you sell a service).
  • Every time you want to work, turn on your Dopll App to go to market and your service listings (Ads) will appear to your potential customers.
  • If someone wants to hire you, you are free to accept the service.
  • We suggest that you make a human bond with your customers, and always seek to offer a great quality service so that they qualify your services with five stars and your person in the best way and make you a favorite driver too.
  • If a customer makes you a favorite, you can offer fixed or special prices to that customer.

o Step 3: Get ratings from your customers and you can also rate your customers:

  • This show that your service is excellent so that the customer community will rate you positively on your profile and attract more customers.
  • Rate your customers to help the driver community select the customers they really want to serve.
  • Invite your customers to mark you as a "favorite" so that they can locate you faster for future services they need, that means, you can create a human and trustworthy bonds with your customers community, and you can also offer fixed or special prices for future services.

o Step 4: Successfully complete the service and Dopll® will charge your customer for you (when the payment is with credit card or debit card) and disperses your money every week (in some places the dispersion of payments is the next business day).

  • Because drivers have the freedom to define the price of their services.
  • Because drivers have the freedom to define how much to pay the platform for promoting their services under an innovative advertising model.
  • Because customers have the freedom to choose the driver they want to hire with the prices that the driver has defined in their ads.
  • Because drivers can create their portfolio of trusted customers so they can hire them easily and directly, agreeing on fixed prices or unique specials with each of their customers.
  • Because they are not penalized if they decide not to provide a service to a client who wants to hire them.

If you compare, the business model of most of the mobility and home delivery platforms is as follows:

  • These platforms define and control the prices of the services provided by the drivers, that means, the driver cannot define the value of his work, so in a strict sense the drivers work for these platforms.
  • These platforms define and control the commission they pay to drivers, that means, drivers are working for these platforms under a commission basis.
  • These platforms define which driver will attend to which customer, that means, the client cannot choose their driver, so the clients are clients of the platform and not of the driver, since if a client wants to hire a driver in the future, they must ask for the drivers’ cell phone number to be able to contact them directly.
  • In many cases, if there is a lot of demand of services, and the algorithms of these platforms increase rates exponentially, which is very expensive for customers, and again, it is the platform that is defining the prices of the services provided by its drivers.
  • If a driver refuses any service, the algorithm of these platforms penalizes drivers by assigning them fewer services in the future.
  • And the only freedom drivers have is that they can connect or disconnect to the platform whenever they want.

Based on the above, it is that this enslaver business model is understood in terms of the labor laws of many countries that drivers should be employed by these platforms under a flexible schedule scheme. But since they are not employees and they are not independent contractors, millions of drivers who work with this platforms feel like slaves.

With the above arguments, Dopll® technology allows drivers to be free and true independent contractors.

Very simple! Each customer requests a service they need from the community of drivers who use Dopll® technology to promote their services as true independent contractors; it can be a mobility service, parcel service, home deliveries, or urban freight, and it can be an immediate service or by reservation.

Depending on the rates defined by each driver, the drivers' listings (Ads) are published to the customers, and they have a limited time to hire the driver that suits best with their needs.

The customer can see a real photo of the vehicle, the driver and his full name.

The client can filter the drivers listings by:

  • Price.
  • Distance.
  • Evaluations and comments from the community of clients who have contracted the services of said driver.
  • Electric vehicles.

The client can also make a sub-filter to locate their favorite drivers, with whom they have already made trips and created a human bond of trust, or someone recommended a driver to make them favorite. If it is the case, the customer and driver had also agreed fixed or special prices between them.

Once the customer hires their best driver option with freedom, the driver is notified that they have been selected by a customer who wish to hire him/her, displaying the following:

  • Name of the customer.
  • Photo of the customer (if the customers wish to publish their profile picture).
  • Type of service (Mobility, parcel, home deliveries, urban freight, or if it is immediate or by reservation).
  • Address of origin and destination, as well as the suggested route.

...and of course, the driver can also see the evaluations and comments of the driver community regarding said customer.

The driver is free to accept or reject the service from a customer who wants to hire him/her:

  • If he/she rejects it, the customer is informed and invited to publish his request once again for service to the drivers' community where the driver who refused to accept the service is ignored in this new round, since it is understood that he/she is not interested in serving this customer in that moment.
  • If the driver accepts the service, the customer is informed that a binding legal service agreement is created between the customer who hires the driver as an independent contractor with the prices defined by the driver himself/herself, since Dopll® is only a technology that connects service supply and demand by posting driver service ads.

The method and system based on the promotion of the services of drivers as authentic independent contractors through an innovative advertising model is in “Patent Pending” globally.

Dopll®'s mission is to bring freedom to all drivers in the world in order they can be true independent contractors, and also their customers have the freedom to choose the driver they want to hire for their mobility, home delivery, parcel and urban freight services.

To bring this freedom to all drivers in the world as quickly as possible, coupled with the emergence of new laws in more and more countries where they are reforming labor laws forcing the platforms that control everything to hire drivers as employees, as well as other laws where the authorities city mobility authorities have the power to validate that all drivers meet certain requirements to be able to work as drivers on digital platforms, we think that our technology should be in the hands of city mobility authorities under a licensing model in order to achieve our mission of bringing freedom to all these people.

Dopll® is an advertising technology which promotes digital advertisements of people who work as true Independent Contractors selling their services as drivers of mobility of people, home deliveries, parcel and urban freight services, through an innovative patent pending model of digital advertisements where the prices of the services are displayed by each driver. In other words, the prices that each driver displays were defined by them with the freedom and mindset to be a real Independent Contractor.

Every time you, as a customer , freely decide to hire a driver with his/her own prices, and the driver agrees to give you or sell you the service, legally the driver is formalizing a binding agreement with you to provide an excellent service, and you, as a customer when you as a customer hire a driver by clicking “Hire” on the Advertising, you are accepting not only the prices defined by the driver, but also the type of vehicle he/she offers which is driven by the driver which appears in the advertising . This allows you, as the customer to freely select the option you desire.

Dopll® only participates as a digital advertising technology platform that connects offer and demand for mobility services of people and delivery of goods, where the only person responsible for offering a safe and quality service is the driver you are hiring in his legal status of Independent Contractor since he is a totally independent service provider and unrelated to Dopll® since the drivers are freely to define the prices of their services and you also are free to decide to hire the driver you want with his/her prices offered in their digital online advertisings.

Mobility services for people such as a private driver, home delivery services, parcel services and urban freight services, which can be immediate or by reservation.

It is important that you know that whenever you hire a driver by clicking the "hire" button in their Ads, the prices you see in their Ads have been defined by the same driver, and that is how they drivers are true Independent Contractors since they had the freedom to define their prices and you have the freedom to hire your best driver option directly accepting his/her prices.

You can hire drivers who may be your own favorite and trusted community of drivers with whom you can agree on fixed or special prices, and with this freedom you will have the assurance regarding the amount they will be charging you in future services, or you can hire other drivers who do not belong to your favorites drivers community, but maybe they are other people's favorites drivers and they recommend them to you, and that maybe give you more assurance to hire them.

You can hire drivers based on vehicle type, price, distance, and customer community reviews and ratings, as well as by electric vehicles, or some other feature of the service you may need, and you can find your ideal driver using the driver search engine where you only have to type keywords such as “pet friendly”, “wheelchair”, etc.

  • Select the “private driver” icon, the origin and destination, and the type of vehicle you need.
  • Defines if it is an immediate service, or if is the case, defines the details of the reservation.
  • Request to see the Ads of available drivers that are near your location, so you have the freedom to hire your best driver option.
  • Hire your best driver option based on the price offered, evaluations and comments from other customers about the driver's service, vehicle and how close it is to your location, you can even give preference to your favorite drivers with whom you have already created a human and trustworthy bond.
  • You can also use the filters and the search engine to find exactly the driver and/or vehicle you would like to hire.
  • Select the applicable icon for these services, the origin and destination, and the type of vehicle you need.
  • Defines if it is an immediate service, or in its case defines the details of the reservation.
  • Share the details that you need to send from Point A to Point B.
  • Request to see the Ads of available drivers that are near your location, so you have the freedom to hire your best driver option.
  • Hire your best driver option based on the price offered, evaluations and comments from other customers about the driver's service, vehicle and how close it is to your location, you can even give preference to your favorite drivers with whom you have already created a human and trustworthy bond.
  • You can also use the filters and the search engine to find exactly the driver and/or vehicle you would like to hire.
  • You create human bonds with trusted drivers.
  • You create your own community of trusted drivers.
  • You can find them more easily to hire their services in the future.
  • You can agree on predefined fixed or special prices so that you are certain of how much they will charge you in future services.
  • You can recommend them with your friends by Whatsapp.
  • As a customer, your evaluation will be positive.
  • More drivers will agree to provide their services to you, since they are free to sell their services as true Independent Contractors.

If they are positive: More drivers will accept to provide you with their services.

If they are negative: The probability that drivers will reject will be high when you try to hire them.

Yes, while you are in a private chauffeur service (mobility of people service), you can make multiple RESERVATIONS to hire other drivers to serve you later. In the "Reservations" section within the "Menu" you can see your list of reservations you have and the option to cancel if you need it. You can also hire multiple parcel and urban freight services at the same time and coordinate the shipment all in the "Transit" section, this service is ideal for businesses, since you can also only choose your community of Favorite Drivers with whom you can agree on prices and it also generates more assurance that your shipments are in the hands of people you trust.

Dopll® does not control the prices of the drivers since these people are true Independent Contractors who promote their services under an innovative Patent Pending advertising model.

In Dopll, each driver is free to define their rates in real time based on:

  • The type of vehicle he/she operate.
  • Fuel price (or cost per kWh).
  • The quality of service that each driver provides to their customers, which is reflected in the community ratings and the driver's profile.
  • Rates are based on the distance ($/Kilometer or $/Mile) traveled and time ($/min) elapsed of the service.
  • You can also define a minimum rate for each service, and offer unique fixed or special prices to your own community of favorite and trusted customers, so all these customers have the freedom to hire their trusted drivers directly when they need their services with the prices that they agreed among themselves.

On the other hand, each driver is free to define how much to pay the platform for promoting their advertisings with their potential customers under a Cost Per Click (CPA) or Cost per Accept (CPA) auction advertising model depends of the Membership bought.

In short, Dopll® is a platform for the promotion of drivers who freely sell their services under an innovative advertising model, where clients hire them directly and freely.

When a client agrees to hire a driver at an offered price, said price is calculated based on the cost per kilometer (or mile) and cost per minute established by the driver, or the minimum rate the driver decides to charge, where those rates are fixed during the time the service is provided.

Once a service is purchased by the customer, the original rate that the driver auctioned and that the client selected does not change, that is, the rates auctioned by price per kilometer (or mile) and the cost per minute are maintained throughout the entire mobility service for people.

Once a service has been purchased by the customer, the original rate that the driver auctioned and the client agreed to buy at the moment to hire the driver, those rates do not changem and it means that the rates auctioned by price per kilometer (or mile) and the cost per minute, or if is applicable the minimum rate, are maintained throughout the entire mobility service for people.

Particularly in people mobility services, if traffic conditions change and the service takes more or less time, or you and the driver decide to change routes, or make stops along the way, etc. All these variables can impact the final price of the service.

Only in logistics services such as home deliveries, parcel and urban freight, drivers can renegotiate the rate at the time of picking up the package or what you want to send, for example, if it could exceed weight or size that you mentioned at the moment to hire the driver; in these cases you as a customer are free to accept the new rate, or not.

If your favorite driver decides to change the fixed or special prices previously agreed between the two of you, you will receive a notification informing you of this change made by the driver.

The prices of each driver that you see published in their service ads have taxes as long as they apply to the city or country where you are hiring the driver. If there are taxes that apply to tax laws, be sure those taxes will be included in the prices of drivers.

Every time you invite a new customer or driver to join Dopll®, they must scan your "QR code" or validate your "User ID" when registering with Dopll®, and you will receive the following benefits:

  • Drivers give you a PayBack of 1% of your consumption with them that is accredited to your electronic wallet.
  • If you invite more customers to join Dopll® and they validate your "User ID" or your "QR code" at the time of registration, 1% is permanently credited to your electronic wallet of everything that said customers consume.
  • If you invite more drivers to join Dopll® and they validate your "User ID" or "your QR code" at the time of registration, 1% is credited to your electronic wallet of everything they invoice during the time they are using Dopll® to work.
  • With the credits accumulated in your electronic wallet, you can pay all the drivers you hire.
  • If you stop using Dopll® for a long time, you could lose the benefits of this loyalty program and stop receiving these credits in your electronic wallet.

At any time you can activate or deactivate the automatic use of your accumulated credits. This button to activate or deactivate is within your Electronic Wallet.

You access the "Electronic Wallet" section within the Menu, and there you can see the current balance of available credits. Below in the "Movements" button you can see the history of credits you have earned by inviting drivers and customers.

You can pay the drivers you hire with VISA, MasterCard, Carnet and American Express credit cards and debit cards.

You can also pay the drivers you hire with the credits that you accumulate in your electronic wallet thanks to your participation in the loyalty program.

Regarding cash payments, drivers soon will have the freedom to validate the option to accept or not accept cash payments, if they activate this option, you will see an icon in the Ad that indicates they accept cash payments and you can also filter the Ads of drivers who accept cash payments. This option is subject to the local laws of each city.

We are also working to give you the freedom to pay drivers with Bitcoin.

It may be for any of the following reasons:

  • Your Debit Card does not have a sufficient balance.
  • You have exceeded the maximum credit of your Credit Card.
  • Your card is expired.
  • Your card has been blocked by the bank for some “suspicious” purchase elsewhere.
  • Failures in the Internet connection.

Dopll® uses an external collection platform and to validate the authenticity of your Debit or Credit Card, a small charge is made which is returned to your bank account or your credit card in order to verify your method payment is real.

This decision is made by you. Remember you are paying the driver what the driver himself decided to charge you for his/her services.

Driver prices are not defined by Dopll® so the driver does not work for Dopll® and they are true independent contractor that you are hiring with freedom.

In your client application, go to the "Settings" section, and there you will find the "Invoices Data" section, please validate your info and the drivers you hire can send you the Invoices automatically.

It's very simple, just enter the Services History within the Menu and you can find them there.

We suggest that you verify yourself as "Gold" so that your clients know that you comply with the documentation and laws that the local authorities request, and that you are a contactable and reliable person.

In the home of your Customer App select "Login" and there you will see the "forgot my password" button, click on this option.

Validate your email and you will get a new password directly in your email inbox.

Note: For your security, the system only sends a new password to the validated email that is registered in the database.

  • Access the Menu and click on your name, which is the first option in the Menu.
  • At the top right you will see a pencil icon, please click on it.

  • Verify that you have good reception of your cell phone network.
  • Click on the “send new SMS” option.
  • Wait a few minutes, maybe the cell phone network is saturated.

Access the configuration section of your cell phone and there you can activate the permissions that the Dopll® application requires so that you can receive the permissions to receive SMS messages and push notifications.

Check the permissions in the configuration section of your cell phone and make sure that the Dopll® application has the authorized permissions to receive all types of notifications.

  • Access the “Menu” and click on your name, which is the first option in the “Menu”.
  • In the upper right area, you will see the icon in the form of a “Pencil”, click on this icon.

  • Validate your new mobile number and click on the “Update” option.

Because we would like for you to continue being a part of the Dopll® community, even though we accept that this is your decision, we would appreciate very much your sharing with us the reason so that we may improve.

The process is very simple; you can send an email to contact@dopll.com indicating that you want your account to be deleted and include the reason for the cancellation.

Dopll® has two types of driver community checks:

Gold verification distinguished by this icon .

This verification means that the drivers signed a series of documents and requirements that the local authorities of their cities and/or their countries require they must have in order to sell their services as an independent contractor driver, and and that they are fully traceable in the event of an incident. It also means they are who they say they are, and make the promise to be honest and trustworthy people.

If a driver does not have the Gold verification, it is because they have just registered with Dopll® and have not yet completed this process, or perhaps because applicable legislation requiring it does not apply in their locality.

This verification is carried out by the same customer community when interacting with drivers where the same customers have the power to verify if the driver is really the driver, if the car is really the car described in the driver's profile and if the license plates match. If a driver does not have community verification, it is because he has just registered with Dopll® and has not yet provided any service, so he is identified with the “New” icon , or, because he/she are not who they say they are and the same customer community has stripped this badge to the drivers.

As in all cases, it will always be the customers’ decision whether or not to hire the services of the drivers as true independent contractors.

The SOS Alert is a safety tool within the Dopll® platform that is offered to the entire community of customers and drivers.

The SOS Alert for drivers and customers is linked to the "Dopll® SOS" application where the community of police officers from any location, heroes of society and the drivers themselves in their applications are notified in real time so that they can help immediately, agile and timely to both customers and drivers who are in an emergency situation.

When a user in problems activates the SOS Alert, the real-time location of those involved, that means, the driver and the customer, is shared in the "Dopll® SOS" application and also in the application of all the drivers who are close to the user who activated the SOS Alert, detailing which of the two (driver o customer) activated the SOS Alert, information on both is also shared, including names, photographs, license plates and a photograph of the vehicle.

The SOS Alert service offers customers and drivers the option of previously validating a series of "emergency contacts" with the main objective when the SOS Alert is activated, the system send a SMS message to each of the "emergency contacts" informing that the user is in an emergency or in a dangerous situation. Within this message, a link is attached to a web page that displays a map with the location in real time of the user, the details of the other user with whom the person is in a danger situation and the details of the vehicle.

As Dopll® is an open technology that promotes freedom and inclusion, it also requires security to be free, open and inclusive, which is why the "Dopll® SOS" application empowers any person in society to participate in emergency situations. In other worew, this might mean that all the community of police officers of each city, security agents, firefighters, local heroes, doctors and the community in general can participate in helping those who need it, they only have to download the "Dopll® SOS" application, login with their customer account in order to receive the local alarms, and react immediate when someone activates the SOS Alert.

If you are a user of the “Dopll® SOS” application, or you are a driver, your application will receive a notification when there is an emergency near you and you will be able to see the real-time location of those involved. This also means that the driver and the client locations are communicated in real time. You will also be able to identify which of the two activated the SOS Alert, include their names, photographs of those involved, as well as the plates and the photograph of the vehicle.

If you want to help, you just have to click on the “confirm help” button and go to where they are to offer support following the indications of the map that will guide you to where those involved or also when they are in transit.

Ideally, the police should always be the first to help, however, as Dopll® is a social technology for the entire community, and there are not always enough police officers available to attend to emergencies and arrive in seconds, and we all agree that the most important is to save lives, it is important that all the community can help each other in any emergency.

When someone activates the SOS alert button, that user is requesting immediate help from the police, other users and the entire community in general. Falsely activating an SOS alert, just to play a joke, to confuse the user community and the police, is reason enough to permanently have your Dopll® account be canceled even if you change your email address, since your identity will be registered as a not welcome user.

You must call the driver immediately to inform him and agree to return your belongings as soon as possible. If he does not answer you, send him a message by Whatsapp or SMS.

The prices that your customers will see already include the applicable taxes in your city or country.

The SOS Alert for drivers and customers is linked to the "Dopll® SOS" application where the community of police officers from any location, heroes of society and the drivers themselves in their applications are notified in real time so that they can help immediately, agile and timely to both customers and drivers who are in an emergency situation.

When a user in problems activates the SOS Alert, the real-time location of those involved, that means, the driver and the customer, is shared in the "Dopll® SOS" application and also in the application of all the drivers who are close to the user who activated the SOS Alert, detailing which of the two (driver o customer) activated the SOS Alert, information on both is also shared, including names, photographs, license plates and a photograph of the vehicle.

The SOS Alert service offers customers and drivers the option of previously validating a series of "emergency contacts" with the main objective when the SOS Alert is activated, the system send a SMS message to each of the "emergency contacts" informing that the user is in an emergency or in a dangerous situation. Within this message, a link is attached to a web page that displays a map with the location in real time of the user, the details of the other user with whom the person is in a danger situation and the details of the vehicle.

As Dopll® is an open technology that promotes freedom and inclusion, it also requires security to be free, open and inclusive, which is why the "Dopll® SOS" application empowers any person in society to participate in emergency situations. In other worew, this might mean that all the community of police officers of each city, security agents, firefighters, local heroes, doctors and the community in general can participate in helping those who need it, they only have to download the "Dopll® SOS" application, login with their customer account in order to receive the local alarms, and react immediate when someone activates the SOS Alert.

If you are a user of the “Dopll® SOS” application, or you are a driver, your application will receive a notification when there is an emergency near you and you will be able to see the real-time location of those involved. This also means that the driver and the client locations are communicated in real time. You will also be able to identify which of the two activated the SOS Alert, include their names, photographs of those involved, as well as the plates and the photograph of the vehicle.

When you buy your Membership or charge balance to pay for your advertisings to promote your services as a true independent contractor, a validation of the authenticity of your Debit or Credit Card is carried out, charging a small amount which is returned to your bank account, since its purpose is to verify that your payment method is true.

The user of the Dopll SOS application has the power to open the radio to receive SOS Alerts, that is, they can see the Alerts that are 1 kilometer (0.62 Miles) from their location up to 20 kilometers (12.42 Miles) around.

The user can see the list of SOS Alerts that are active, which are ordered from the closest to his location to the furthest, so that he can quickly and effectively help those who are closest.

The user can see the real-time location of those involved; that is, the driver and the customer, and can also identify which of the two activated the SOS Alert, thus, the driver or his customer where information on both is also shared as their names and photographs, as well as the plates and photograph of the vehicle.

The user can accept or not offer their help.

If you agree to offer your help, the user who activated the SOS Alert is notified of the number of people who have agreed to help and are on their way.

When a person activates the SOS Alert as a customer of a driver during private driver services (mobility service), the SOS signal is sent to all drivers around with the objective they can also offer their help, in addition to sending the SOS Alert to all the people who have the Dopll SOS App around the customer location, with the exception of the driver with whom he is on board the vehicle to avoid notifying him that his passenger activated the SOS Alert.

In the opposite way, if a driver who is providing his private chauffeur services activates the SOS alarm, his client does not know that he activated the alarm in his customer Dopll SOS application.

It is important to note that playing with the SOS Alert, or making false alarms is cause for permanent suspension of your account and you can be fined by your local authorities.

If you have the "Dopll SOS" application installed in your smart phone with your customer account, or if you are a driver in your Dopll’s driver application, you will be notified that there is an emergency near where you are and you will be able to see the real-time location of those involved, the driver and the client; therefore, you will also be able to identify which of the two activated the SOS Alert, names, photographs of those involved, as well as the plates and photograph of the vehicle.

If you want to help, you just have to click the confirm help button and go to where they are to offer support as a citizen in case there are no local police available at that location to also offer their help at that precise time.

By activating the SOS alert button, the user is requesting help from the entire community in general that is around their location. Activating an SOS alert, for gaming, jokes, or to confuse the community and the local police, is reason enough for the “joker and irresponsible user” to cancel definitively his/her account.

When governments, particularly the mobility and transportation authorities of cities or states, license Dopll® technology, they become empowered in an active role that as authorities they really must have to guarantee the safety of the citizens:

  • Validate that drivers are who they say they are.
  • Validate that drivers are reachable at any time.
  • Validate that drivers comply with applicable local laws.

When the government actively participates in the validation of drivers, it increases the safety of citizens who hire the services of those drivers, in addition, all policemen, firefighters, paramedics, and other heroes of the community can receive on their cell phones the emergencies that citizens who use Dopll® when they need to activate the SOS alarm all the community that is close by can act immediately and see in real time the geolocation of those involved, their names, the vehicle, etc.

The SOS Alert is a safety tool within the Dopll® platform that is offered to the entire community of customers and drivers.

The SOS Alert for drivers and customers is linked to the "Dopll® SOS" application where the community of police officers from any location, heroes of society and the drivers themselves in their applications are notified in real time so that they can help immediately, agile and timely to both customers and drivers who are in an emergency situation.

When a user in problems activates the SOS Alert, the real-time location of those involved, that means, the driver and the customer, is shared in the "Dopll® SOS" application and also in the application of all the drivers who are close to the user who activated the SOS Alert, detailing which of the two (driver o customer) activated the SOS Alert, information on both is also shared, including names, photographs, license plates and a photograph of the vehicle.

The SOS Alert service offers customers and drivers the option of previously validating a series of "emergency contacts" with the main objective when the SOS Alert is activated, the system send a SMS message to each of the "emergency contacts" informing that the user is in an emergency or in a dangerous situation. Within this message, a link is attached to a web page that displays a map with the location in real time of the user, the details of the other user with whom the person is in a danger situation and the details of the vehicle.

This verification means that the drivers signed a series of documents and requirements that the local authorities of their cities and/or their countries require they must have in order to sell their services as an independent contractor driver, and and that they are fully traceable in the event of an incident. It also means they are who they say they are, and make the promise to be honest and trustworthy people.

If a driver does not have the Gold verification, it is because they have just registered with Dopll® and have not yet done so, or perhaps because applicable legislation requiring it does not apply in their locality.

This verification is carried out by the same customer community when interacting with drivers where the same customers have the power to verify if the driver is really the driver, if the car is really the car described in the driver's profile and if the license plates match. If a driver does not have community verification, it is because he has just registered with Dopll® and has not yet provided any service, so he is identified with the “New” icon , or, because he/she are not who they say they are and the same customer community has stripped this badge to the drivers.

As in all cases, it will always be the customers’ decision whether or not to hire the services of the drivers as true independent contractors.

The licenses under the "Software as a Service" model are based on the size of the population of each city, as well as the extra services contracted by each government, and the requested adaptations that may have to be developed to measure so that the technology comply with local laws and particular needs of each city.
